The Story

At Taal School of Odissi we believe dance is a beautiful union of the body, mind and soul. With Odissi, a classical and treasured dance form, we strive to train the body and mind while inspiring the soul to be the pivot of everything we do. 
Created by Ms. Indu Vijay in 2012, Taal School of Odissi’s structured yet explorative curriculum endeavours to provide meticulous training in Odissi, while nurturing creativity and encouraging spontaneity. With a vision of propagating this graceful and heritage dance to learners in Singapore, we are proud to collaborate with Nrityalaya Aesthetics Society. This platform provides our students a plethora of classes, performances, workshops and talks on the various aspects of dance.
